Re: what resolution will you play shenmue 3

I highly recommend the Iiyama Prolite X4071UHSU monitor to Shenmue fans: 39.5", low input lag, 4K, quality MVA display, 8 bits+FRC and blue light reducer for only €509 in Amazon France while Dell sells the same size for €1000, Philips €700 and Wasabi $600. Truly a bargain. https://www.amazon.co...

Re: Random Shenmue Thoughts

Pix'n'love managed to get the authorization from Sega to make a wonderful official Dreamcast book. Only available in French. And damnly expensive (80 euros for the Shenmue or Sonic special edition). https://i.imgur.com/t9tYAWL.png https://i.imgur.com/D4VTrfw.png https://i.imgur.com/4Nz6Guv.png

Re: Is anyone else a stalker in SHenmue?

When Shenmue 1 was launched, Famitsu did an entire feature on how stalk a woman to see her pants with precise time, location and viewing angles notes.

Re: December 2017 is fastly approaching!

On the one hand, even if YSnet manages to meet the date, that doesn't necessarily mean the game will not be delayed. If there is any opportunity to benefit some additional months, Yu will have no hesitation. Depends on how many further funds YS Net and Shibuya Productions can collect up after provin...

Suzuki will do the same thing he did for Shenmue 1. Release at December 29th.

Re: Kickstarter Update #65: Dev room update

If indeed Ryo's model has changed, it would be more worrying than reassuring as it implies that the development is not progressing as it should. I'm a bit unclear how you come to this conclusion. Could you elaborate for me? Unclarity, that's the problem here. Either they continue their testing phas...

Re: Shenmue - 360º Panoramas

Hi, I installed LiveViewRift but my Rift doesn't recognize it. Your links doesn't seem compatible either as there is a black screen in the VR emulation window. Webvr.info instructions didn't work so I had to download "WebVR Plus" to make your Corfu panorama working on Nightly Firefox: http...

Re: Random Shenmue III Thoughts

Image

Does anyone know how Trey Ratcliff the photographer managed to get this level of details?

I've tested TONS of 4K wallpapers but no one was as crisp as this one, that's insane. (A good sign? 8) )

Re: Kickstarter Update #65: Dev room update

^ Besides the polished aspect of the village, that's the contrast quality that really amazes me although most of the credit highly goes to Epic. Shenmue on Dreamcast (especially Shenmue 1) had a remarkable contrast also so it's no surprise there's a continuation here. https://i.imgur.com/BXryzSA.jpg...

Re: Kickstarter Update #65: Dev room update

Tbh, I'm no longer excepting something at E3. Showing stuff six months before the release date means a lot of gap. What we've seen this month is very solid but a lot of polished parts were missing. Obviously what we were shown doesn't mean what the game currently is with the gathered parts. They mig...

Re: Kickstarter Update #65: Dev room update

I agree with Himuro, too much points make no sense. If it was indeed a cutscene test, why put a work-in-progress caption there?

Infact, it looks like the trailer we always assumed to get in February. Instead we got the making of.

Re: Kickstarter Update #65: Dev room update

I prefer your trailer theory.

The shot is too tight on the house to be a nightfall scene on that specific place but why not?
