Do they even do HD releases? I remember Sonic Adventure on the PS3 which just had borders around the screens. Shenmue will probably just get a straight port with no additional features or touch ups.

I suppose we can promote the Paypal campaign but that's not going to carry the presence the Kickstarter one did with it's journalist articles (Not all were bad!), everyone eyeing the countdown, etc

How would you feel if he spread the goals out? So if he took the expanded x5 mini game goal and maybe put 2 mini games into two of the towns and 1 into another.

Maybe things like the infiltration mission and other goals could be spread out as well.

I don't think Sony will contribute to development and chuck in millions at the end. But breaking multiple kickstarter records is going to get their attention and when Yu Suzuki wants to make Shenmue IV he probably won't even need Kickstarter because Sony will jump in then.
