Saw this making the rounds yesterday, take with a grain of salt, but it seems to line up based on some of the rumblings I've heard around the industry. DMC 5 is what gives me hope that its real. Johnny Young Bosch goofed a year or so back and unintentionally revealed he was doing voice work for Capc...
Even with Shenmue not being financially successful Dreamcast was gonna bomb anyways. However much money they lost on Shenmue isn't easy to shake off, but I hope they understand they were screwed either way. I feel like it's more in it for them at this point to get involved, but I can understand why ...
well, old shenmue combat system isn't aged well, strange collision, fucked camera, fight in first person(during shenmue2)and problem with multiple enemy at time. That combat can appeal only diehard fan,for today standard is shit, but shenmue 3 must use the batman system?no thanks Sounds like you just suc...
All this can be easily solved. When ("if", more realistic) vf6 enters development, it would probably use ue4. Tekken has stomped it out. It's had the market for too long unchallenged. Everybody that used to play VF is either old & doesn't play games anymore or switched to playing Tekk...
Off the top I'm not liking the sound of this at all. Not saying the new combat won't be good, but what could he replace it with that's better? If it's mashy like Arkham I'll be upset. If it's more like Devil May Cry or Bayonetta where certain strings still have a high skill ceiling I'll be cool. I k...
I'd like him, but isn't what he does already accounted for? Karate(Jin, Lee,) Judo (Asuka) and some characters have Jiu-Jitsu elements in their game(Nina, Dragunov, Paul). Iwao added a lot of stuff from other martial arts into his own so he could fight uniquely enough from a Jin, or Asuka I assume....
I always thought of Tekken as a rip-off of Virtua Fighter. Actually just about everything Namco did from the late 80s throughout the 90s seemed to be "let's see what Sega does and then put out our imitation of it." But enough time has passed that I guess Tekken has developed into its own ...

There was also the nepotism crap, them shutting down constructive criticism of the game, and IIRC they also asked for more money. Just saying most people are too simple to connect the dots. Any stray from the original plan is gonna be thrown in a box with other stuff that failed by people trying to ...
Sure. What's another year when you've been waiting forever. As long as the funds are good go for it. But you just know how people are when it comes to delays especially after Mighty No. 9 so I would hate for some bad publicity to come in. If it's a great game paraphrasing what Miyamoto said when it ...
