Now it'd be great if someone can figure out a way to port the "better clipping" version of the dreamcast widescreen mod to xbox, so that we get both no clipping on the sides and the correct cinematic aspect ratio now that the black bars have been removed.

This change only sets the aspect ratio for anamorphic widescreen, however it does not remove the black bars, so I've added that hack as well (i don't know if you need to recalc XBE CRC or anything, i just modified the one byte needed in the code area, boots and works on my homebrew 360) : https://fi...
