I just wanted to put this out, if you were to release a "perfect" English SIII, it could be a a strictly image-only dl for use with emulators (such as nullDC).

I play most of my game rips with nullDC anyway since I enjoy playing DC games in HD.

With a little hex editing, you can convert a NTSC Shenmue save for PAL Shenmue II.
