Re: What arcade games would you like in III?

As far as I know, Arcade games are NOT confirmed at the moment.

That said, if they make it I would like to see as many as original Shenmue arcade games, but at least Out Run...

And in my fantasy land... Shinobi would fit perfectly too

Re: The ever diminishing scale of Shenmue

I don't think this is a result of speeding up the Shenmue story. I think the original Shenmue being as big as it is - in a single location - was down to the fact that Chapter 1 was extended to account for splitting the Shenmue project into two games. From the NHK video and the GDC talk I got the se...

Re: Cédric Biscay : Monaco Hebdo and modogameur.fr interview

Am I the only one wondering where do incomes of Shibuya come from? External investors? Did they produce already successful products? Don't get me wrong... I'm just curious. After all, several million euros ARE a big investment and a big risk. Well they are based in Monaco, lot of rich folk there, s...

Re: Yu Suzuki in China promoting Shenmue 3 (Video Included)

Anyway, so far so good! I hope we will see polished and good quality footage of the videos and pictures during Playstation Experience or for the next backers update :) I wonder if they'll skip the backer update this month since the Playstation Experience will be the first week of December? Either w...

Re: Yu Suzuki in China promoting Shenmue 3 (Video Included)

Just popping in to say: That looks incredibly advanced for four months of dev time, and it seems like the legendary Yu Suzuki development pipeline efficiency and detail stickling is hard at work with this game lol. It ALREADY has a feel, an atmosphere, and a "smell" as he might put it. An...

Re: Translation requests here!

Thank you very much Rakim.

That's the first time I read that not only SEGA aknowledge Shenmue 3 but that apparently, they are supporting its development in some way... other than providing assets of the original Shenmue games?

Re: Should Shenmue 1 and 2 have been one game?

I'm fine with Shenmue I & II beeing two separate games, but I would have loved a playable chapter 2 on the boat (Journey To Honk-Hong) with Shenmue ending in the Hong Kong port.

SEGA Holdings COO, Hideki Okamura Interview:

Shenmue and Shenmue 3 are mentioned near the end of the article, that's why a traduction would be nice.

Re: Last dinner in Tokyo...

Actually misread that Gio and Adam were going to be at the dinner next year. Almost fell off of my chair. What date is that PS thing? It could coincide with an update from the KS team. 5-6th of December 2015, San Francisco, CA https://www.playstation.com/en-us/campaigns/2015/playstation-experience/...

Last dinner in Tokyo...

Amir posted a tweet from Gio Corsi on the "Random Shenmue Thoughts" thread in Shenmue section. https://twitter.com/giocorsi/status/663616457750806528 Well, it's now confirmed by Corsi himself that he and Adam Boyes had the opportunity to meet with Yu Suzuki during their Japan Trip. :) http...
