Personally, I think they should have given new players the option to skip time in shenmue 1. Most ppl who I know that didnt like Shenmue 1 were put off when you were forced to wait around. I think the major segment is the tattoo parlor and charlie.

Let's hope there is a save anywhere feature.

While i would have loved this option to be included, its not too much of a downer. Plus we all understand the circumstances why this can not be.

amazon is probably the best for preorders due to not charging until the item is dispatched. Those fuckers tend to always deliver after the release date though, so be mindful of that. :(

Shopto will usually charge you right away, but you'll have your game one day before the release date.

Damn those are some very sweet prices. I may have to buy at 8 copies if thats what they're being priced at.

If it does get released in september, I'm guessing Shenmue 3 will certainly be delayed into 2019, just to space things out. I'll wait until i see it on amazon before preordering.

A wait option is a must for Shenmue 1. I can see that entire charlie segment on disk 1 being an issue for impatient people.
