The Shenmue cover looks really rather nice and stylish. I think it's the best one of the covers even though Shenhua's mouth looks a little bit weird. Wish they had a Sonic 3 & Knuckles inspired cover for 1994 instead of that lame Ridge Racer one though.

I got mine for 30€ on eBay but I did see one from the same seller go for 100€ a few weeks later. And just recently another one got bought at 69€. It really depends on the current situation.
