Make the kitchen look like it did in the Beta. With the left hand wall open, just like the front one.
I really kinda like this open design where you could've walked through the kitchen on your way to the altar room.

The entire project costed around $70 not just Shenmue I alone. Keep in mind how far it reaches back, all the way to research in the mid 90s. They seemingly had a LOT done on the Saturn and that must have costed them quite a bit. Also parts of Shenmue II on the Dreamcast were apparently in developeme...
