You're not supposed to use CD-RW's when burning playstation games but I'm not sure about dreamcast. I say try it with a CD-R if you have one lying around.

You can load a US Shenmue save after you convert the save to PAL.

I just beat shenmue and shenmue 2 for the first time less than a week ago and I think he did a really good job on Ryo's voice. Nostalgia is not the answer for everything... if you want to see a bad english localization in terms of voice acting then go talk to Capcom.
