I have an idea for modders out there. I think it would be awesome to swap the in-game Ryo character model with the Passport Disk Ryo model. I know someone did this before back in 2006 or 2007, and it is on YouTube. However, it crashed the Dreamcast -- but, I know it can run on NullDC just fine.
Also, swapping out in-game Nozomi model with the Passport Disk model would be nice as well.

There are number of ways you can connect your Dreamcast to your HDTV.

1) If your TV has VGA input, you can use a VGA box for Dreamcast and plug it in. You can find it on eBay for cheap.

2) You can also use the RF cable, but the quality will be very poor.

3) Scart cable is also another option. You can buy one from eBay.

If you can't use the above options, you can use VGA to HDMI converter -- but there will be significant input lag. You may find it very challenging to play games.

That's all I can think of.

Hahaha, I probably buy two copies: one for Xbox One and PC Steam.
