Welcome to the Dojo Feelers. I hope you stick around. We have a distinct lack of people with tastes as discerning as yours. Enjoy your stay, however short it may be.

Re: Unpopular Opinions

Since we're not honest, what could you be? I myself only believe in grey, which at the quantum level really turns out to be black and white.

And green because it is death and life in one, which is every child's history. After all, babies smile because they they inexpressibly realize that they are, yet were not.

Who needs vain sacrifice, purity, and freedom?

Re: Unpopular Opinions

I don't believe in mental illness (unpopular opinion, btw), but agree that people shouldn't get special benefits for being fat. As I understood the video, they were going to cut regular benefits, like health and dental insurance, so that once again, the definition of equality becomes twisted to mean that the lives of the poor must be regimented, while the rich remain free to eat themselves to death if they desire. That is evil. The whole point of ideal of equality is that everyone ought to be free. I highly doubt the early socialists imagined a future where a tiny equal bit of artificial fiat currency would be rationed to each person like water in the desert in order to make poor people into healthy and productive slaves, so the well-off might enjoy constant leisure and the freedom to do as they will.

Re: What Do I Do?

"It wasn't cheap the first time either, but since you lost all that money you can't afford to replace it yourself dear. It's OK, I didn't need that vacation anyway, there's always next year. You deserve to have the wallet after what you've been through."

Re: Things That Made You Laugh Today

She's a Gamma at best, not even a Beta. Alphas don't exist... maybe one or two in the entire world every generation (if extremely karmic), but usually none. I don't know of any at this time. Look around you. Just beneath the multitude of facial paints is a menagerie. They're all loathsome.

Re: Japanese version of this text

wtf are you all talking about, it actually goes:
get it right, god

Get it right Allah

Re: Japanese version of this text

Allah is the Arabic word for God (literally "the God", as the initial "Al-" is the definite article) .

"the god" in arabic is al-ilah, but it has a plural form (al-aliha),and one of most important concepts of islam is the oneness of god so allah is used instead, and the double L gives it a tone of exaggeration like mahmood--> moha mm ad..

Champions of Democracy indeed. I guess I can understand now why Iran considers the West an enemy and so eagerly hopes to one day wipe us out with nuclear arms. I don't ever remember this being taught in history class.

Re: What are you reading right now?

Louis Theroux: The Call of the Weird

Originally, I thought this was Louis revisiting his subjects from the Weird Weekends series, but it actually follows his other docs more so.

It's a very interesting read when you think back to people he's met who've claimed to of killed aliens, uprooted to the mountains and declared independence from the US and a get-rich-quick schemer who gave seminars. Whatever you thought of them at the time, I always wondered how people like this actually lived their lives, and reading this I found out. Most people featured have given up their beliefs altogether, served prison time, changed identities or in case of the schemer, been involved heavily in litigation from disgruntled clients

Re: Maggie Thatcher dies

I don't read The Sun and I'm certainly not right-wing but I'm sure you can appreciate my wish to pay my respects to a deceased old woman that did a lot for our country.

I have received iobseeker's allowance for a maximum of two months ever since I was 18. If I can find work regularly then why do others struggle? I'm not choosy about where I'll work if it's an absolute necessity. I'm sick to death of hearing about those with such insane degrees of self-entitlement. I read a story in the paper a few months back about some guy with a heart defect that refused a transplant because he didn't want to go back to work in the event of recovery and would prefer to laze about on benefits. What kind of person would choose a lazy lifestyle which would result in death over being healthy and living? This is the kind of world we live in nowadays. It's madness.

Well whatever Newspapers you read aren't much better than the Sun (not that I like any newspaper very much, of course). Do you know why you read stories like the one you described, in newspapers? It's not because people like that man with the heart defect are in any way a majority or even a large proportion of people recieving benefits. people like that man are actually a vast minority of what people receiving benefits are like. The reason why you are always reading such stories is because the people with power (politicians, people who run the media, ect, ect) what to hold onto that power, and so they want to divert attention away from all the tax payers money they are stealing, and instead get people like you raging at people on benefits, and turn the working class (the powerless) against one another while the people at the top with power get away with the worst of crimes. Stop being so easily manipulated.
