One of my favorite Adventure games (and favorite games of all time) is Riven: The Sequel to Myst. Truly an amazing game. I believe it's on ios now as well.

Ah for fuck sakes. Its like N64/DC problem again! iOS is the Playstation with all its exclusives, and Android is just denied all the good stuff. What a jip!

I believe Riven is on steam:

http://store.steampowered.com/app/63610/

and if you have a mac you can get the original discs and then install them with Riven X. That's what I do to play the game and it works perfectly.

Does Rise of the Dragon by Dynamix for DOS fall under Point and Click or visual novel? Love this game.

Beneath a Steel Sky

Not my greatest genre, as up until recently I pretty much only ever played the original Broken Sword. However, as a Linux user, I have a free software repository. I found this game on there. It's now freeware, and I'm sure you could pretty much get it for any OS. It's a cool game! And free, so you're not losing anything by trying it.

You paid money for it? It's been freeware for a decade. You should have just downloaded the game free and legally, and then downloaded ScummVM to run it.

How much did you pay? I wonder who the money goes to given that it's creators made it freely-available?
