Yukawa Moto Senmu no Otakara sagashi??

I was searching around eBay for What's Shenmue? auctions and I came across this one auction. This seller was selling the What's Shenmue? Disc and a Disc I never heard about, called Yukawa Moto Senmu no Otakara sagashi. You can click here to go to the auction:

I knew that they weren't related because the title of the other disc was called Treasure Hunting and doesn't seem by the title name that it would be related to Shenmue. BTW, Zhao, do you know anything about this second title? :?

Yukawa Moto Senmu no Otakara sagashi is a "not for sale" game, that was released internally at Sega for the (now dead) firmer president of Sega Japan, Yukawa.

I got the game and it´s a cheap "treasure hunt" (also a rip of the game with this name around) where you walk around a landscape and dig out some personal objects from Yukawa.
You also play as him.

It´s in no way related to shenmue...
