I have to say I have enjoyed it even more than the Yakuza series. I think it's actually my favorite game since Shenmue came out :)

BTW it was leaked that there will be two DLCs coming out in September (so they say) One with more cop missions and another with more races. Should be fun.

Very fun game. But running in HK brings back all those Shenmue memories....:(

It's worth noting that Square Enix Europe (Eidos) has released plenty of DLC for recent titles, but I don't recall any of them getting a GOTY edition.

I'm a bit disappointed they haven't released any of the promised DLC. They already mentioned they are still working on a number of significant DLC, the first of which to be released next month (Nightmare in North Point, which will be shown at a few Expos soon), but at least they could have released the pre-order DLCs already, since they are obviously complete. Now that I 100%-it, something new would be nice.

Square Enix has dated, priced and detailed the first proper add-on for Sleeping Dogs.

The Street Racer DLC adds three new races across land and sea, plus a new superbike and a new outfit that boosts defence against gunfire and accidents.

All this will cost you 320 MSP and you can download it from Xbox Live on October 16th. It’s the first of several content packs heading to the game.

United Front Games producer Dan Sochan says, "I just love the fact that Wei is such a bad-ass, but he still wears a helmet anytime he’s on a motorcycle, so you get to see the helmet a lot.”

"With this pack you get a sweet Dragon-themed helmet that matches the new bike. The motorbike race is awesome, plus this brings a boat race to the game for the first time!”

Is there a better version between the PS3 and Xbox 360 versions?

Its a MP title so normally that means the 360 version comes out on top.

Played the demo of this, since it's by the same guys that made Just Cause 2 which is a game I like, but just wasn't feeling it for Sleeping Dogs...

From what I've read the demo is a real poor representation of the actual game which is awesome.

Dear fucking god? How many more dumbass games are going to tack on zombies? It's boring as fuck. Zombie mode in games is like a fly and a turd anymore. It's old boring and more cliche than a shipping crate as prop filler. Hell be more fun to carry books or crates in a game than kill MORE Zombies.

Good thing you don't have to buy the DLC then ;-) And its not just zombies.

Zombie in games today are the modern equivalent of animal mascot games of the early 90's.
