Could be at the same time I would not be surprised if it is. many devs make very very very subtle references. Often people don't pic up til one fan does years later or in a dev interview. At the same time I can see a game like Bioshock not being an FPS and a point and click adventure like myst if it was made in the early to mid 90's. Can go either way but since they are old school guys I'm gunna lean on they had a little fun.

Would have been cool if they had some actual System Shock references...
I'm not aware of any, but it seems only natural since that's where the series stems from.
And I actually like the idea of Bioshock being a 90s point&click.

Went back to try and finish off Mario Galaxy 2 yesterday as I'm only on 85 stars and dropped off nigh on 3 years ago. Fuck me that shit is hard.

Good read on Crackdown and collecting Orbs. Crackdown is one of the few games i enjoyed looking for its collectables.

I saw it, but it struck me as a totally uninteresting LE. I'm just not interested in themed Vita skins or anything like that.
I initially had the LE for the Vita version of Persona 4 preordered (which had bonuses very similar to this), but I ultimately cancelled it because it just seemed like a lot of extra money for stuff I have absolutely no need for.
Give me the standard artbooks or CDs any day. They might be a little less-inspired, but they're still more fun and interesting to me either way.

I hate how the XBLA sales are only ever on when I'm skint. I've missed out on both Trials games, countless amounts of DLC (as I now refuse to start games until I have every single story-based DLC - besides Batman games, obviously), Mark of the Ninja, I Am Alive, etc., etc.
I WANT A FUCKING TRIALS GAME DAMNIT!!!
