Depends where from really. Amazon vary, sometimes before the actual release date, sometime after (which is rare, tbh), Zavvi are crap and take ages to send out pre-orders and Game.co.uk are pretty much spot on the day of release.

I normally stick to Amazon.

Play.com have been terrible in the past, not used them in over a year, no idea how they are now, sorry.

it depends, my orders from zavvi sometimes take up to 15 days to arrive, if you're from the UK check out shopto.net, it's usually around the same price as zavvi with 1st class deliveries

Worse then that is the fact that its like Raiden from MGS, Jin & Kazuya from Tekken and Ryu from Ninja Gaiden. Normally I'd be all for this but hy make a game called PS all stars when you're going to have mostly 3rd party characters?

That game would not even interest me if the characters were not 3rd party.

thats what makes a sony 1st party brawler so sad. They NEED 3rd parties. Whats worse is that of Ryu Hayabusa's 10 games only like 4 or 5 have hit sony consoles and even then they were mostly ports. That no worse then say Sonic being in smash, but what makes it worse is that Ryu, will join Raiden, Big Daddy, Jin, Heihachi, Kazama and emo-Dante. That means that there are 13 sony characters. so in 20 character more then 1/4th aren't even exclusive.

It just sends a bad message. "Hey lookit us, we gots all the games you wanna play see all these redesigned characters from series no one wants to buy any more because they're all seen as having sold out, well you can get em on playstation(or anywhere else and probably better)"

Theres also the issue that it looks like pig swill, seriously you can only KO when you have a super? If that isn't removed then its doomed to be boring.

They may as well have included Claude from GTA III in it, since they started all that mainstream exclusivity bullshit back then with that.

I was going to say Civilization IV Complete Edition but didn't think it was under his criteria really although it is strategy. Pretty much all I play on PC are Sims.
