^^When he said "I am Garret," all I could think was "No you're not..."
That voice still doesn't sit well with me. None of the carefree charm of the original. Trying to wait for some gameplay to form an opinion, but I already just know I'll be distracted the whole game by the lack of Stephen Russell (had to look that name up).
And it's not like they couldn't have gotten the original actor. Last thing he did was Skyrim, so it's not like he's dropped out of the business.

You're not alone, as many Thief fans prefer the original actor. As expressed in this video:

As much as I may agree with him about the voice, the guy in that video is hard as fuck to listen to. Like a 15-year-old using big words trying to sound more intelligent than he is. As soon as he referred to someone as "shrieking contrarians," I was out.

New Final Fantasy games aren't on SquareEnix's list, so.. yeah. Anyone who thinks that Sega would intentionally list their surprises are insane. xD.

Yeah, I don't dig Garret's new VA either. The previous actor is much like David Hayter, he WAS Garret. Fit like a glove.

Hopefully my perception will change when I play it, but it's definitely a big negative for me right now.

Eagerly awaiting an in depth look at Driveclub.

I forgot to follow that one for some reason but it looks interesting. I also want to see more of Gran Turismo 6 for that matter. Apparently the physics have improved a lot now that they are cooperating with tyre and suspension companies.
