Outrun 2006 Coast 2 Coast

Postby My Best Day is Gone » Mon May 01, 2006 11:58 pm

The game is available for PC, PSP, PS2, and Xbox
Has a ton of unlockables and replay value ;)

I picked up the PS2 version recently and I'm addicted.

But here are my complaints about the game (only applies to PSP and PS2 versions) :

-No way to chat with other players during online play
-A little frame rate drops in Heart Attack mode

2 complaints... thats not a lot...

Whichever system you own I suggest picking this game up... but I would recommend waiting for the PC version if your going to play it online a lot... reason being there is no extra fee (like Xbox live) and probably not a lack of communication tools (PS2) in that version.

Since I'm a SEGA fan I have Out Run 2006 Cost 2 Cost alreay.

& I really like it's special features that no other driving game have it like that.

fighting against time, fantastic driftting, beautiful locations and sound tracks....and finally with a complete selection of my lovely car Ferrari....

(I like Ferraris more than any other cars...Toyota is in the next place)

Hmm I've been hearing about it being hard to find the Xbox version... but as far as graphics go... it looks nice on all the systems... the PS2/PSP versions look a little less impressive than the Xbox version but other than that the gameplay it top notch... you won't find a driving game with more replay value!

The only problem with the PS2 and PSP versions is the fact that some unlockables require the other version (which is kind of stupid) but that can be solved by you entering a code in to get everything...

I've got the original and am finding it hard to a think of any reason why I should buy this game. As much as I love the series.

Me too, but I've rented it and I've decided to get it when the price drops a bit. It's an upgrade more than anything. The graphics are similar, same engine to the original, but you get all the original tracks, the same number of new ones, etc. So, you sell your Outrun 2- trade it in for this, when it's a bit cheaper. There are some nice looking tracks, as always and some fun new challenges, like avoiding UFOs!

Out Run 2006 Coast to Coast for Xbox
Not only the original Out Run 2 Xbox.

that wasn't hard for me to buy the Xbox versio of the new one...
All stores here have it...

The intresting thing about buying new Out Run for me is this...
That I bought 2 Out Run 2006 Coast to Coast/

One for my Xbox

and Another as my gift to my freind for his birthday.
(He have the PS2 version now)

I hope he buys a good game for my next birthday.
