Ryo Hazuki has not appeared in more than 3 games, plus the character's on the list have appeared in some of the most popular games ever.

No one would think it but MegaMan, I can't count how many Mega Man games there were :O billions of them it seems granted the only good ones really were the ones for regular nintendo then it diominished from thier but still fun game.
