Favorite Boot Game,logo,system Screens

Out of all console boot screens which is your favorite? I personally prefer this one

It gives me that awesome/nostalgic feeling that I love oh so much. Kind of like the THX sound check. I also recall my brother thinking the PS2 *whamp* sound was awesome, he turned off tekken tag tournament (our first ps2 game) just to hear it again before playing for the first time (yeah yeah we're weird). Anyways give me your thoughts

PS2 is lame and Ps3 is ok but IMO best boot ever is till DC.

Dreamcast's boot screen is beautiful and crisp

it's just so clear... looks great even if you blow it up on a bigass tv

I would have to agree that the ps1 and dreamcast boots are the best.
But for some reason i also love the old skool Gameboy "ba-Ding" Boot screen.
I hated when they changed it to the Gameboy colour one.

When I got my first ever Saturn a couple of weeks back I was surprised by how good the boot screen was. Nice little tune. I like the Xbox one too.

My actual favourite is between the PS1 and DC though.

Hands down the Dreamcast boost screen is the best. The one from Saturn follows. The one from both the Xbox and the Psone aren't bad.

I argue we shouldn't let this thread die and that we should had 'best loading screens (from games. Err, obviously)' to it. Were running out of consoles, and it would be a neat subject.

The Saturn boot up is probably my favourite tbh. I really like the Dreamcast one too but the Saturn boot invokes many more feelings of nostalgia.

Guess I'm the minority, but I actually really like the PS2 one. And no, not the "bwoomp" sound. That only happens when you go into a game. I mean the actual start up bit with the 3D blocks, transparencies, and swirly lights, going into the internal system options menu. I think it looks great.
Not actually my favorite (I don't know if I can pick a favorite when it comes to something so inconsequential), but I like it, and I can remember seeing it for the first time, thinking "wow, even that looks better than anything on PS1."

PS2 is a good one. I loved how many blocks that appeared on the splash screen corresponded to how full your memory card was. Something I didn't notice until I got a new memory card back in the day..
