I want something Ivalice related. FFTactics 2, FF12 prequel, Vagrant Story side story, or just a new IP set in that universe; something awesome like that.

But to be honest, I'll take anything Matsuno makes and be a happy chappy.

Yeah, I'd love something Ivalice-related too. Might just be my favorite FF universe.
I think they've done enough with Tactics to this point though. I want another opportunity to explore parts of the Ivalice world, like in FFXII or Vagrant Story.
Vagrant Story needs a sequel anyway. Ending left it open enough. I want to see more Ashley Riot.
Ah, dreamin'.

Ueda will NOT be at E3...

I hope Team ICO doesn't forget they need to promote The Last Guardian.
The game will be truly great, regardless. Still, they want it to sell nicely, no?

Eh. Not really. Tactics Advance 1 & 2 looked rather sucky, let's face it. I'm actually really interested to see what the ramifications of the end of the original Tactics game means to the world of Ivalice; the church losing their influence, the loss of thousands of civilians through the wars, the legend of Ramza coming to light, what became of Delita etc.

But Ivalice is an incredible world, a shame Tactics Advance is so damn whimsical and loses all of the political intrigue, macabre settings (especially prevelant in Vagrant Story; which suggests that most of the races seen in FFXII has died), labyrinthine plotlines and those machiavellian characters. Such a damned shame, just goes to show you what happens when Matsuno leaves Square.

Just another game set in that universe would be fantastic. Hopefully this time, Square would have the decency to let Matsuno work on the game without all the pressure that FFXII had. If the Tactics Ogre remake for PSP is any signs though, it seems like they sort of left him alone.

Word.
If there was a Vagrant Story sequel, I'd like for Matsuno to use the other 50% of the game that got scrapped in a Vagrant Story sequel. :)

That's what David Jaffe said last year.

Rodea the Sky Soldier! I think the Wii version got scrapped and its moved to 3ds only but I think that just goes to show the 3ds is a good machine to work on.

^^Looks nice. Design work is a little boring. Or maybe it's just that the animation is a bit amateurish.
But the gameplay looks great.

Shit that looks great. And yes OL I'm going to say it. Looks like a vibrant DC game and Naka working on it just adds more charm. We need more charming vibrant games these days.

So possibility of Earth Seeker coming west, and with its release Kadokawa is freed up to work on Rodea Sky Soldier (again likely to come west since they filed an american trademark before even announcing it in Japan)
