I'm still interested in the PS3 one. Same dev team as Lufia DS, right? And the action looked pretty fun from what I've seen.

Makes me wish more anime adaptations would go the RPG route nowadays. Seems to result in some pretty interesting mechanics when done right.

Yeaa its been a while for some reason in the 2ks every company decided they wanted to make a fighting game.

Also Neverland made all the Lufia games (as well as Shining force Neo/Exa), but some of the things that were annoying in Rise of the Sinistrals are also in Tides of Destiny, the combat isn't bad, but it never really goes anywhere. Its one of those games where they throw a ton of options at you, but they're aren't necessarily different playstyles. It also goes REAAAAALLY far off the deep end with anime stereotypes.

I felt the two extremes of playing Dark Souls today. On one end of the scale, I died and dropped 10000+ souls on the Gargoyle boss and on my way back I died again losing them all. On the other end, I perservered for a whlie, learned the patterns, took on both of the Gargoyles by myself and won. It was extremely satisfying. Exhausting though! And yet....even talking about it here, makes me want to jump right back in again. It has aspect that all good games do and is permeating my thoughts when I'm away from it.

That game looks awesome. I'd buy it just to make other people play it.

I still wanna get the Trials games, but I refuse to buy anything on the XBLA store that isn't on offer. On the plus side, I finally got the AC:R DLC.

It's out on a disc with Limbo and some other game. You may be able to find it cheap online somewhere.

Bastion is officially out tomorrow for iOS at $4.99. If you haven't done so already, play it. iOS, PC, 360, it doesn't matter which. It's one of the best games this generation.

Oh is it? Ah well, iPhone would be the lesser experience anyway with that small screen.
