How could I forget...I ALWAYS revisit Alex Kidd in Miracle World. It was the very first game I played as a kid and will probably be the last game I play before I die, I seriously will never get bored of it. To this day it is still a difficult platformer and I will make sure it is the first game my son plays if I ever have children!

^Awesome.

Not the first I played but the first I actually owned.

Grabbed the hd remaster on the Ps3.

It's also very close to my heart and I will (re?) open a can of words when I say that, for the time (meaning vs the Marios available when it was released), it was a Mario-killer or at the very least really worthy opponent.

It was always meant to originally be the main mascot for SEGA then they ditched him for Sonic. Makes you wonder how it all would have worked out doesn't it? I got the HD version on Xbox Live, and to my sheer delight they have time trials and what not. If you ever get to see the leaderboard on Xbox Live for the time trial on the final stage you will see my name there in lights haha, I think I'm something crazy like 9th in the world! 2nd in the UK which I was gutted about haha I actually thought I was the only one but he is like second or first. Was playing it before in fact.

Too many to mention like the others here. It's quite obvious that this a forum with more dedicated gamers. There's not a lot of rent it and forget it-mentality here which you can see more often on bigger gaming sites.

Anyway for me, the ones that come to my mind right now.
Shenmue games
MGS 1 2 3
Skies Of Arcadia
Baldur's Gate
Chrono Cross
Several Sonic games
Yakuza 3 and 4 ( I would also replay the first two more often but I have no PS2 nearby for the moment)
Ico, Shadow of the Colossus
But actually, I replay most of the games I ever bought from time to time.
Uncharted, Silent Hill, Resident Evil, God Of War, Zelda,...

This will sound like a cop out but it's true.

Nearly every 305 games I own. Honestly I always go through my games and pop something in for a few min or a few hours.

MGS and Omikron are two I play every few years. Also Tetris, Sonic 1 & 3, and Super Mario Bros.

Basically if its really easy to pick up and play or has a story I love to experience over and over, I replay them.

When I played it as a kid I didn't immediately think of how to solve the little puzzle at the end. So trial and error it was... #-o

After a marathon session I got as far as the blue castle, I think. Got stuck on Rock Head when his head detaches and floats around. Too hard a game for lil ol' me..
