That thing is what finally pushed me over the edge into finally getting a Saturn. Takes me back.

Finally re-bought Persona 2: Eternal Punishment. Would have been nice if the PSP remake would have been localized, but oh well. This'll have to do.
The Us and Japanese versions of Gungriffon were the first games I got for my new Saturn. Then I bought Virtual-On.
And I just had to snatch up a copy of Legend of Oasis as quickly as I could. Even though I haven't beaten it, I absolutely love Beyond Oasis for the Genesis, so the sequel/prequel to that was one of the top priorities on my list of Saturn games I need to get. Probably play both of those back-to-back as soon as I'm done with my current RPG exploit.

I bought a few games in the Spring Steam sale a week or two ago and I forgot to post them.

There is another option that will provide a better picture then S-video. For optimal picture quality from the Saturn one needs the following combination.

Sega Saturn RGB SCART cable RCA out for NTSC model Saturn

SEGA SCART to RGB YPbPr YUV Component Video ConverterImage

This setup would require your tv to have a component/rgb input. This was the solution I learned from Adam Koralik, because my tv doesn't have a s-video input. Now what to do with my Saturn s-video cable...

Yeah, I know there are better options, but the reason I usually need an S-video cable for my consoles is for recording footage. My capture device only supports AV or S-video, so S-video is always the better choice.
I should probably get a better capture device eventually, but it's kind of an iffy gamble, so I tend to just stick with my slightly more primitive methods.
