VGA to HDMI for Dreamcast

So I finally took Adam Koralk's advice and bought the Toro VGA box for Dreamcast today. It should hopefully be coming soon.

I was then going to buy the VGA to HDMI box he recommended in the following video.

Unforunately, it is discontinued now.

Does anyone have any recommendations for a different one to get that isn't shit quality?

Any help would be great as I really want to play some HD Shenmue soon (assuming the domain registration thing doesn't pan out... )

Hmmm. Thanks for the video. I am still not sold on the box vs just a cable/adapter. I can't quite seem to find a good answer on the difference because that company sells both.

The atlona vga to hdmi converter is still available on ebay. You won't find it new but there are plenty used.

Ah thats a good point. Thanks for the link. I guess these things don't really degrade over time so buying used shouldn't be an issue I'd imagine.

I do have a Atlona converter I'm not using anymore. It's the same exact model from Adam's video. Send me a PM.

I have some random branded one I got here in Japan that works well. But I believe Yama does have that Manta one and he's had great results with his TV then upscaling to 4k.
