Millions of grown ass men must be shedding a few tears. Great for them as the Shenmue fanbase understands the feeling.

Yes. Now all we need is a new Castlevania game and we're all set.

Looks okay. Never been a huge nut for original Mega Man; some of it is fine, but I'm much more enthusiastic about the X, Legends/Dash, and Zero series.
Still, nice that they've decided to come back around to the series, and actually aren't doing it in retro 8-bit graphics (that shit was never particularly appealing in 9 and 10).
I think bringing the series back is a bit of a moot effort though; IntiCreates are already doing fantastic things with the MM formula in their Azure Striker Gunvolt series. This Mega Man is not going to outdo Gunvolt. Looks plain as hell compared to that.

I don't know. If there were more than 50 games in the shenmue franchise, would we really be asking for more?

People just get excited about new things. It won’t matter if they haven’t played most of the original mega man games because they are finally getting a new one after however many years of not caring that they weren’t playing mega man.

I’m with OL though. I grew up with X and classic always felt slow and boring to me. Not really my type of game.

Wow, I certainly wouldn't have thought they'd ever make a new Mega Man.
I'm surprised that it doesn't look retro this time. But the graphics do have quite some charme, parts of it anyway.
Still would rather have a Mega Man X 9 in 16 bit style or at least use 16 bit for this one.
