Don't let the election depress you. After all, the House is still Republican, meaning that the President is still more or less constrained. It's only four years. That's nothing, Dojo time.

I'm not republican or for any party really. Oh well see what happens. But I am glad the damn thing is over.

I think the thing I'm most glad about this election is that 6 billion dollars later, the chips landed right where they started with. The billionaires with large financial stakes in filling the war cabinets of their favored politicians basically got no return for their efforts. Anything that discourages the elite few to blow a gigantic bank on super pacs in an attempt to have disproportionate influence over politics than everyone else is a good thing in my opinion. If only we could do away with the lobbyists and special interest groups.

My life. So chill. So relaxed. So good. I go out often but always to something relaxing and enjoyable unless it's errands. The storm of the past couple years of Hurricane HOLY FUCK WOW TOO MUCH SHIT GOING ON WTF IS THIS WTF IS THAT! Is gone. Still have one or two flurries but that will be gone soon. Also been giving a lot of stuff to my mom as thank you gifts. FOr the first time in her life she isn;t the one going out of her way giving so many gifts to the point she is exhausted. I even bought her Xmas gift. An Iron skillet. She really wants one but they cost so much to her. She regrets having to get rid of her old one that was over 100 years old.

Saw Oppy on here or where?

I guess one thing that makes me happy is I got a legitimate email saying I won $4.00 in a case against classmates.com. A year ago I filled out my info on an email saying a guy was suing them and everyone who has been a member or received emails from classmates.com is entitled to a settlement.

Just $4 but thats still pretty cool.

What they do is they lie to you saying one of your former classmates is trying to contact you, they use the real names of these people, the guy that was suing them got an email saying this girl he liked in high school was trying to contact him but to see the messages you must sign up, so he did and there were no messages from this person. Glad he won the case, glad I got a few bucks out of it.

^ XBL.

I left this morning for a few hours just to hang out. No internet. Just went to walmart then relaxed somewhere watching old 50's ads. Felt nice. I want to get away for a week or so someplace with no internet or games. Just a place to enjoy fresh air and relax. I know I keep posting these mundane posts that make me happy. That's just it. Not used to being so relaxed and no pressure anymore. Just a gift everyday as corny as it sounds. Retired early but went through hell for 20+ years

I was having some tea from the DC mug playing Shenmue in the retro room. Sun was shining in at the right angle. Fuck me it felt like 1999.

I'm always dubious of those FB stories that end up with thousands of likes. Sad internet world we work with, 'cos any of them could be completely true, but the internet is that sorta place...
