edit- ok they do, but its mostly in asia and africa, weird.
Branches of all the big three operate in Europe/UK. Ford sells smaller and not-as-V8-endowed cars here;

They're good cars and they sell loads, too. Used to own quite a lot of other brands, but recently sold two of their big ones (Jaguar/Land Rover) to an Indian business tycoon, not sure what other brands Ford still owns.
GM has Opel (EU)/Vauxhall (UK)/Holden (Australia) and owns a load of other brands. Vauxhall/Opel are the same sort of Eurocars that Ford sells;

They sell Cadillacs here that are pretty much US models (BLS, CTS) with some smaller engine options, BUT, we did/do get the awesome CTS-V!
Chevrolet is odd, they sell small numbers of Corvettes and Camaros pretty much as they'd be sold anywhere else in the world, but the vast majority of their range is budget Euro cars that would have been badged Daewoo (a Korean brand GM owns) if they still used that name.
Chrysler has sold Voyagers and Grand Voyagers here for ages. They own Jeep too, which is a pretty successful brand here. We get the 300C. They've sold small numbers of Dodge Vipers for quite a long time. The majority of Chrysler is owned by Italian brand Fiat I think, so some Chrysler Eurocars are based on Fiats also.
