Visitation on Bank Street

I wrote a short story for inclusion in a compilation book called The Fantasy Life of Sid Vicious, which is to be sold at an exhibition in San Francisco in June. I'm currently awaiting feedback on it so fingers crossed. The piece had to be 1800 words to make the grade but mine was over 2300, so I doubt it will be chosen. I submitted it anyway. Yes, it's about the last hours of Sex Pistols bassist, Sid Vicious.

I didn't think I would like this but I have to admit it was pretty good and I found myself intrigued. I like the ending, it's very haunting actually. A shorter version would do the piece justice, especially here at the dojo. Never thought I'd take to a fictional story involving Sid Vicious but it works.

I love your writing style, love the dark tone right from the beginning and I think how it's gray words with a black background help too. I really enjoyed it buddy, great job.
