Yes. I can get the techs to the last detail, but I fail at the manual work - drawing curves, situating the sparkles, erasing the right parts etc. I wouldn't say that this is totally unattainable, though. You won't become an artist just because of hard work. Talent is essential in that, but hard work can go a long way on its own - it can sharpen your senses of aesthetics, it can help you see more details, and it can even broaden your imagination. There is nothing worse than giving up. Even if you suck, go on. Every little step counts.
