I accidentally type the wrong form of "their" or "your" all the time. I just catch the mistake when I proof-read... most of the time. Grammar is important but it isn't worth worrying about in casual conversation. Otherwise you come across as a dick and miss the entire point of conversation, to understand and to be understood.
