In what will surely come as a blow to the Republican held court that brought us such fine things as Super Pacs, Scalia, the most nutter butters justice on the court since i've been alive, is dead. With the 5-4 majority now in jeopardy and Obama in the White House, Republican leadership are now planning to drag out the nomination process for a whole year to stop a potential shift in power.

With a Dem hold over the Executive branch and a Repub hold on the Legislative branch I think it's safe to say things are about to get nuts as both parties do their damnest to secure or keep the all important tie breaker vote in the Supreme Court.
