Two of our members can't log in

Hello to the attention of whoever, it seems that two of our members JCA and Darkly, cannot log in to the dojo forums. Can one of the active administrators please do something about this because I'm just so sure that it is just a technical error.

I'm sure everyone who leaves is probably someone Hellraiser would want to ban.
