The Shenhua figure is licensed. I think they gave these away at the Shenmue Premiere.
They feel rather cheap as they are hollow and really light, so I don't think they were ment to be for sale.

They are kinda nice anyway and since it's official and the only figure from back in the day, they should belong in every Shenmue collection.

On the UK ebay, there is an alleged sealed Shenmue Pal, but its clearly been a reseal. In fact the person selling it hasnt worked out that he has put the game cases in the cardboard sleeve backwards before having it resealed lol

Mine sealed Shenmue 1 looks the same, it also has the cases inside backward. It also has the original sticker from the store on it. It is original.

I doubt it, and looking at your Shenmue id be very worried and have it checked out because looking at the pictures, it looks like a reseal.

There is a method to buy a sure factory sealed copy.

To buy shenmue 1 in UK with the SEGA box or to buy shenmue 1 and 2 in italy with the logo SIAE.

Logo SIAE is a logo applied on the celophane by goverment, is a tax for the reseller.

You can't remove this logo from celophane so if there is this logo you are sure that it is original factory saled.

If you buy something in italy, games, music or movie, without this logo you can be sure that isn't original factory saled.

Does anyone have pictures of the note that were sold during TGS 98 ? Its B5 size. I want to give more infos to my contacts but sadly i have no picture.

I know someone said they popped up on ebay once, but ive never seen the auction. Can anyone help me out ?
