Shenmue Timex watch

Do you have a picture of the 'Black Timex Expedition' you bought off ebay? Or the model number because I bought the white one which is EXACTLY the same as the Shenmue one but white and without the logo. Can't find a black one though.

The Timex watch you see in the game is a model that you can find in Internet but it is not the same as the Shenmue, witch is a limited edition of the generic one.

I think the model is called Timex Expedition T433914E but not 100% sure as i dont have the original box and tehres no model number on the watch itself. Actually an estimated 95% of these have the white face however, my first one i got from ebay Germany had a white face as well, i got the "more screen acurate" black face model from ebay.com but that's definitely a "rare" catch. The only difference is that "Ryo's" watch only got a larger "TIMEX" written on the watch face while "my" Timex got "Timex Epedition" written on the face and the "Shenmue collector edition" (a 60,000 Yen buy) got "Timex Shenmue" written on it. The strap of the collectors edition is however more accurate as it features the Yu Suziki logo while the real watch of course has the Timex Expedition Logo on that space.

Thanks, yea I have the T433914E. And I'm fine with not having a 'shenmue' logo. But my watch is white and I want white. guess i'm just being picky as the model T433914E is pretty rare anyway. you don't still have the black model do you?

Of course i still have it, but it's pretty much worn down, at least the back of the watch looks like it has been to hell and back. Seems the salt water is very aggressive to the metal. But luckily it still looks great from the front and as you can't see the back anyways while its worn i don't care too much. The white model ain't really rare, you can always buy like 5 at once from ebay.com - it's really just the black dial version that is rare (No idea why they made so few black ones)....

Maybe that helps to set up a search on ebay (YOu can pick to be emailed for saved searches)... The strap doesn't seem to be 100% "screen accurate" but oh well i guess you can use the one from your white model.

Oh, sweet, thanks. Good to find the new model number! My journey continues....
Will update y'all if/when i get it. If anyone spots one for under 50 bucks (preferably shipping to UK) then my search for the watch will be over and I won't have to ask random people if they have seen a black car... i mean watch.
P.S. How did you find that on eBay? What did you search etc?
