Based on the versus guide... you can't trigger most events with her unless it's clear skies. What a pain in the back! Is there a better guide that goes more in depth about how to trigger these events? I'm getting really sick of training in the parking lots for days strait because it won't stop snowing and if I grab the sword handgaurd then I'll miss the event entirely...

Which events are you referring to specifically? The ones where Ryo and Nozomi meet in Sakuragaoka Park?

Be careful or else you might get the bad ending ;)

I didn't know this is a thing. Worst case scenario, you can watch them on Youtube or spawn them on the beta using the debug menu.

Those events with Nozomi doesn't happen eventually, as the story progresses?
I thought only events like the phone call needed a specific time to occur.
