How to Pre-Register

Every entry counts! To pre-register, do one or both of the following:

Register an email address via this entry page:

Enter your email address in the white box;
Clear the checkboxes;
Press the green registration button.
For people in Japan only, there are other additional options such as pre-registering the app on Google Play.
Note: to remain valid, your pre-registration must be maintained until the app is released.

No. You can do either of the first two actions described in the article from anywhere in the world. Only the line that begins "For people in Japan only" is for people in Japan only.
