If you know how to make load savegame with custom coordinates in it, than it would be possible on nulldc/Dreamcast. The offset in save which stores Ryo coordinates is known (I posted it some time ago here) but after editing the save and generating crc the game keeps telling you that the savegame is corrupted/not valid.
Don't know much about crc & Dreamcast, some time ago I was able to find out how saves are signed on Xbox and most of the videos are connected with this discovery as well as the one with map swapping (map swapping surely works on nulldc/Dreamcast).
