If all are still going ahead with mass mailings it would be possible to turn your pictures into postcards using moonpig.com. I can't see anyone really doing it this time though.

That would be cool, I would galdy make some photos for use on a post card if you guys are interested. Maybe a christmas one or something with the characters.

Yeah I will post the model for download tomorrow, it does include textures (DDS). We have not yet ripped a full Lan Di model but we can, just havent gotten around to doing it. If you want to learn how, view the video tutorials that are in the stickies section. They will show you how to rip models in Shenmue 2. Right now we are trying to uncover the details on this new MT5 model extractor and we are hoping to be able to extract rigs to so we wont have to do it our self.

If i do it fast i ll post the model with the rig and the skinning on the forum (and may be some morph if i have the time) .

Here is the model in max format, I realized that I need to do a recapture because his hand is kinda stuck to his side, but here it is anyway. Enjoy.

Well she turns 15 in the game and under the pic he said "3 years later" so I assume in the kissing pic she is 18.

I have finaly found some time to do the rig of ryo.

It is not perfect yet (i didn t rig the hand and there is some probleme with the leg).

Here a short video who shows how ryo move (don t care about the animation i have done this fast so it is not good it is just a test).

Dude that is awsome! Excellent work, turned out great, maybe you should post the file in .3ds format so everyone can use it Great work though. How long did this take you to rig? Just curious. Also did you do all the animations yourself?

Unfortunately when i export the file in .3ds it doesn t keep the skinning......
May be i have done somethong wrong in the exportation, i couldn't tell (i use only max and zbrush so i don't use a lot the export option).

If you kwon how to do to keep the skinning into the .3ds please do

to do the rig and the skinning i have spent 3h (beacouse the character is not symetrical).

And yes i have made the animation, just te see if my rig was correct.

I can rig too but for now Im focused on ripping Ryo's house, but Im going to use Ryo for tests with facial animations Ive not tryed that yet

This thread is getting a little out of hand, as stated earlier the scene was based on when Ryo comes back to visit fangmine in the future, "ryos promise" not Ryo going out with someone under the age of 18, like stated in the description. I have removed the image to stop further confusion and misunderstandings.
