This happens when character has some "extra pair" of hands (in model/hands). Most of the time you don't have to make switch also in this folder, but in cutscenes better hands are supplied and these funny things happens.

Swapping with training monks is really, really strange -> just look at the picture:

Dunno if this happens on DC also, but when all theses models are replaced with better ones (Wong, Joy, Lan Di, Cool Z etc.) it makes game-play really, really choppy.

What is even more strange is that when these swapped with monks characters are displayed in cutscene they look fine!

Nothing important for now. Im new on this but I worked on 3D with GTA SA models to swap wheels from the cars etc...

But just now I'm working on 2D. Changing the look of Vegeta from Jump Ultimate Stars (NDS) to a new character.
Some weeks ago, I modified the dogi's textures from Dragon Ball Online just for fun and yes, I have pictures of that. It's very very easy to do.

I would like to try to import de 3ds of passport Ryo's Yfrid to a GTA SA Model and the ESF (earth Special Forces) but for now it is imposible... The best computer I have works with Vista and this shit is giving me lots of problems... I can use the computer at my office (XP) but I need more memory beacause it usually crash when I'm playing with the 3D model of Ryo ](*,)

I'd like to work with Shenmue like you. I'll give a try when I finish my character with JUS ^_^

Yeah... as I expected stiffy hair Joy only works on Dreamcast:

Damn, her hair looks just ridiculous, or is it just emu (nulldc)?

Have any of you tried to make 'partial' swaps (e.g. only clothes were changed)? Is it even possible?
