Old LanDC Save Files

Can someone please share a Shenmue II savegame that allows acces to the Shenhua's flashback on Dreamcast?

I dont have them sadly. I tried to do this, the map is easy to hack but the save files have crazy CRC checks thsat make it tough to do this hack without the save borking.

I'll reach out to LanDC and ask him on FB.

I got word from LanDC that he doesn't have them.

I have a save at Shenhua's house now if that helps. It's in slot 3. Slot 1 is before the crag and slot 2 is after the crag.

The only problem is that even after you hack the submap for the flashback (it is in the same folder as shenhua's house) you still need to hack the save to load it in. On the DC, there are many CRC checks that get fried when doing this. Only person I know who could do it was Wude :( Sadly, I didn't get this info from him before he went missing.

I once tried to bypass this, when making my shenmue 2 explore mod, by making a hybrid map and just adjusting coordinates via clipping hacks (thank you btw) buyt sadly nothing works except for a full save migration. Even with swaps.

Ah I see now, I misunderstood the request. Thought you just wanted to see the flashback but it's about the modified save to run around the flashback area, eh?

Well I hope at least the save I uploaded is helpful for more general purposes.
