It has potential but it will not run in a commercial console.
Maybe some around here can still have a way to boot it?

not sure really, if this is genuine then it might be interesting but then again the one fenix bought for the dreamcast doesn't seem to contain anything interesting that is not accessible via the original version, also the lack of information on the actual product is a bit alarming

It must be genuine.
1: This is Ultra rare, there are probably no more than 2-3 copies of this build anywhere in the world. (Example: Old internal Preview Build never issued to media or held in posession outside developer/publisher).
It sucks so much if someone just brought to sell it higher price...
