Mod Request: Changing Shenmue II on DC's voices

Is there any way anyone could change Shenmue II on Dreamcast (PAL) voices from Japanese to English?

I believe an english speech version already exists. Search through the forums and you will find it.

Yeah it has been done, the SMITH release came with English voices. Unfortunately the release is quite large so you need 99 minute CD-R to burn them and the sound quality is extraordinarily poor.
