Where is this from?



I can see it's from somewhere on this forum, but couldn't find any info about it. It looks fantastic! Fan made game, I'm assuming?

If I had any programming skills I'd love to make something like this.

Either a mod to a 2D fighter but more likely it's not a game at all but a fan made drawing.

None of these from any game just a fan drawing on PC. So most likely that's all it is.

I've seen those amazing mugen mods of characters like Rorshach and Dr Manhattan from Watchmen. Would be great if someone had made a few Shenmue characters/stages.
