As for all the optimization stuff I hope someone else can do it if not by the original creator. Better quality is always good! But anyways I'm looking for some 99min discs, anyone know where I could find ones not by Banana? I would get the Banana ones but I hear they are having problems. I could only find these ones and they are banana:

Thumbs up for Kogami and IlDucci who are achieving an awesome work. Like I said, i'm having these laser troubles too, but I agree with Kogami's way of doing things. First making the translation right, then looking at some potential order fixing... so he won't mess up anithing before the translation is over. I guess it's logical. Thanks for your patience and your passion for this (again) awesome work.

Exactly! Fan projects are driven on motivation and people making request without offering any support are sucking the life out of project.
I'm sure Sm1th could do the optimization but he too was burnt out so let Kogami do his thing. If he finishes the bug fixing and translations for GD2 and 3 then we will have a full version that just need to be optimized and that's awesome in an of itself.

Also big thanks to IlDucci for tracking down the bug and Kogami for fixing it.

Nan au contraire je pense notamment au autres personnes qui m'apporte de l'aide plutôt que ceux qui vienne critiquer, grâce à IlDucci j'ai pus corriger le bug, surtout que c'est une scène que j'aprécié beaucoup dans Shenmue et j'avais fais pas mal de recherche pour le corriger, mais sans grande réussite...

Et la quelqu'un travail sur la traduction du disque 2, donc ceux qui rale sans apporté de solution, j'y fais pas trop attention

Surtout qu'au final ce qui vas arrivée c'est que la version CD-R 80, je risque de la délaisser complètement, comme sa plus de problème et la j'aurais peux être des retours sur des bugs autres que le CD n'est pas lue sur ma Dreamcast ou le faite que le CD fais trop bruit blabla...

Je préfère corrigé de vrais bug comme celui que j'ai trouvé sur le disque 2 par exemple.

Oui est puis au moins si on a une version complete a 100% sans bugs ce sera genial et il sera tjrs temps de l'optimiser a ce moment la si c'est necessaire.

Who translated this? Kogami?

It's like someone just put the original script through Google Translate and made grammatical/syntax refinements. I'm sorry, it's irritating to read "Ichiro" when Ryu obviously says "Sakurada". I mean, there's a valid point to adjust the written subtitles from the spoken dialogue to obtain the correct context, but the before-mentioned example is a bit blatant.
