Demul v0.7 alpha build 221215 changelog:

- ATI texture perspective bug fix is now optional (only works for ATI and causes glitches on Nvidia GPUs).
- Ancient CDI v2 parsing killed by accident has been restored.
- GD-ROM status/irq bug fixes (Gauntlet Legends).

Checkout version Xpadder 5.3 (Last freeware version) its great for configuring 'keyboard and mouse' into xbox controller

Funny, 20/12/2015 does support an XBOX 360 controller without any external tools.

I am currently using an Xbox One controller via USB, and I also tested the previous 201215 build with my old Xbox 360 USB controller and it's working fine under the latest version of Windows 10 X64 without any issues.
Which version of Windows are you using? Are you using a USB Xbox 360 controller or a wireless Xbox 360 controller with the adapter? and is the issue fixed in the 221215 build?

is there a reason for not allowing internal resolution 2x anymore?
It is grayed out for me under dx11 (under dx11old it works).
Thank you for this great emulator!
With internal resolution 2x it feels as a true Shenmue HD. :-)

@XBOX 360 controller: you have to bind the buttons first under "controls".

This feature is not implemented in the new gpuDX11 plugin yet..

Windows 7 x64, with an original XBOX 360 USB Controller. Verified with 221215, the controller still works. Might also comment (Win 7 case) that I have the Microsoft Xbox 360 Accessories 1.2 drivers installed.

I'm trying to inject texture filtering and anti-aliasing into Demul via driver with no success. I'm wondering : is it possible at all ?

Hi, has anyone had any luck running Demul 0.7 on Windows 10 - I am getting the Dreamcast logo working then the application crashes and I can not get any further

Anyone know if a 980/i74770k 8GB RAM is enough to run Shen1/2 in 4k with 32 layers?
im planning to get this rig so im curious.

You need to run it in 6x internal resolution for 4K resolution. It is possible with the given hardware but it won't always be able to maintain a steady framerate.

^Indeed. Similar hardware here, but I have a 970 myself ( much weaker ) and 6x IR and 32 layers isn't feasible. Even 3-4 IR will occasionally give drops in Shen II, especially when there is heavy smoke effects going on. The newer GPU plugins are really nice, and pretty accurate when compared to something like NullDC, but they are not very well optimized at the current time. Hopefully in the future we will be able to push it much harder without the need to brute force everything. Even on low end cards.

Don't let Demul scare you about that choice of rig though. You will have more than enough for emulating most systems. For instance, you will smash through PS2/GC/Wii if you wanted to without any trouble :)
