How to set up Demul Emulator

I keep getting "unable to find mpr-21931.ic501'
Ive checked tons of websites and people keep saying different shit
Ive got about 30 differnt bioses from multiple older versions and you have to rename this or that or put it into a dc.zip ??

Can someone explain it or just upload a working latest version of demul
