Is there any game like Shenmue II's arm wrestling minigame?

After a few years without playing Shenmue II, I returned to it and played some arm wrestling matches and it was so much fun! I had completely forgotten that it was so exciting.

Is there any game like that for PC? I mean, with only the arm wrestling match as the whole game? I was thinking that if there isn't, then it would be a cool game for someone to make and send it to Steam. It would be online and you would mash against other mashers! I'd buy the game.

Its not the whole game but I remember there being an almost identical arm wrestling thing in Dead to Rights.
