Invisible Glitch USES

I know how to do the invisible glitch, but im not too sure on where to use it to break the game?

Also if you invisible glitch to get past a loading screen you will go to the next bit unloaded but i cant seem to run freely theres like a barrier stopping me but i have seen in a video on youtube that you can run freely?
